How It Works (Rules):
Every $1 you earn = 1 entry into the $500 Giveaway!
1. Earn Entries from Your Referrals
When you refer someone, you earn direct entries: Each $1 = 1 Entry.
Monthly Referral: Earn $4 for every friend that joins on a monthly plan and stays for 31 days.
Yearly Referral: Earn $10 for every friend that joins on a yearly plan and stays for 31 days.
2. Boost Your Entries with "Friend-of-a-Friend" (FOAF) Referrals
When your referrals bring in others, you earn additional entries.
Monthly FOAF: Earn $2 for each monthly referral they bring in.
Yearly FOAF: Earn $5 for each yearly referral they bring in.
3. $500 Giveaway
Just like fitness, referrals never stop. Keep referring and you could win $500 at any time!
Terms and Conditions for the $500 Referral Reward Giveaway
Non-Cash Value of Commission Earnings: Commission earnings accrued through the TrainSpace affiliate program have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each $1 in commission earned is equivalent to one (1) entry into the $500 Referral Reward Giveaway.
Prize and Drawing Frequency: A $500 prize will be awarded to one randomly selected entrant from the pool of eligible entries. Prize drawings occur at random intervals, approximately every one (1) to twelve (12) weeks.
Eligibility and Entry Process:
A. To participate, affiliates must share their unique affiliate link with individuals who may benefit from TrainSpace.
B. When a referred individual clicks the affiliate link, they will be associated with the affiliate's account for a tracking period of 365 days.
C. Any purchases made by the referred individual during this period will contribute to the affiliate’s commission entries as follows:
Month-to-month membership: $4 in commission per purchase.
Annual membership: $10 in commission per purchase.
Referral Tiers and Bonus Entries:
If a referred individual becomes an affiliate and generates commission entries through their own referrals, the original affiliate will receive bonus entries equal to fifty percent (50%) of the entries earned by the second-tier affiliate’s referrals.
Month-to-month membership: $2 in commission per purchase.
Annual membership: $5 in commission per purchase.
Accumulation and Expiration of Entries
A. Entries accumulated through the affiliate program do not expire and remain eligible for future prize drawings as long as the affiliate maintains an active TrainSpace membership.
B. Affiliates are encouraged to maximize their entries by sharing their affiliate link widely and encouraging referred individuals to do the same.
General Conditions
A. Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
B. TrainSpace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or any related rules at its discretion without prior notice.
C. Any disputes or claims arising from participation in the giveaway will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
By participating in the $500 Referral Reward Giveaway, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions and acknowledge that your participation is subject to the policies outlined herein.
